With extensive experience in research, implementation, and strategic communication planning, Alma has a proven track record in crisis communication, marketing, and fundraising. She is skilled in training and development, grant writing, career counseling, and motivational coaching. As a Program Coordinator for DASH Mentoring and the DASH Vocational Learning Community at Life Connections of the Carolinas, Alma is dedicated to empowering individuals through education and personal development.
Additionally, she serves as an adjunct professor at multiple colleges, including South Piedmont Community College, Mitchell Community College, Rowan Cabarrus Community College, and Wingate University, where she shares her expertise with the next generation of leaders.
