Housing & Supportive Services

Housing
W2H offers a comprehensive range of support services tailored to young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. From targeted case management to personalized tools that promote long-term housing stability, we empower these youth to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Our holistic approach also ensures access to essential government assistance programs helping them to overcome economic hardship and guide them toward a path of independence and lasting well-being through securing housing in Baltimore, MD and Charlotte, NC.

Supportive Services
W2H assists aged out of foster care youth in accessing government assistance (e.g., SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, and Food and Nutrition Services), emergency shelter, legal support, and other community resources, to address problems with food insecurity, domestic
situations, and economic hardship.

We fight for human rights

We are committed to helping former foster youth live with dignity, safety, and freedom. We stand against domestic abuse, homelessness, and systemic injustice — and we work every day to create a future where every young adult has the opportunity to thrive.
