Micheal Yeakey is the President and CEO of the Yeakey Alliance, LLC and Chair of Anne Arundel County Partnership for Children, Youth and Families board. Mr. Yeakey has 40 years of experience successfully designing and administering a broad range of employment and training programs and services for diverse populations, who have not succeeded in more traditional job training programs. (e.g., state & federal, DLLR/DOL/DOC/WIOA programs/grants, adult literacy GED/ESOL, apprenticeship, Displaced Homemakers, incarcerated adults, “at risk” youth Job Corps, TANF, Goodwill Industry, and HUD participants, etc.).
Mr. Yeakey specializes in results-based workforce program design and job development. Connecting program participants to middle-skill, pre-apprenticeship, and apprenticeship training and employment opportunities.
