Brief info
Tracy McCullom is a 20-year veteran of workforce development, job training, and government contracting. She is a native Baltimorean and shares residency with Charlotte, North Carolina and Baltimore, Maryland. She received an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Baltimore, as well as a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Maryland in College Park. In August of 2004 Tracy formed The Nolan Group, a full-service, U. S. Small Business Administration Certified HUBZone and Woman-Owned consulting firm.
She has a special commitment to the community to which she dedicates much of her energy towards programming specially designed to help populations with transitions. From the board room, or welfare to work, or new beginnings for the homeless and ex-offenders, Tracy desires to help individuals reach their maximum potential.
