Tracy McCullom- Executive Director
Tracy McCullom is a native Baltimorean and shares residency with North Carolina and Baltimore. She has a special commitment to the community to which she dedicates much of her energy towards programming specially designed to help populations with transitions. From the board room, or welfare to work, or new beginnings for the homeless and ex-offenders, Tracy desires to help individuals reach their maximum potential. She believes that their success ultimately determines the success of the community at large. Tracy holds a M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Baltimore, as well as a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Maryland in College Park. She earned a Certificate in the Essentials of Project Management from Villanova University in Tampa, as well as a Certificate in Leadership and Management from 360° Solutions in Waco, Texas.
Tracy brings more than twenty years of training and program, project and information management experience and more than a decade of experience in the U.S. federal government contracting space. In December 2020, Tracy formed Work2Home (W2H), a Non-Profit which specializes in helping disadvantaged youth 17-24 reach their potential through a process of discovery, development, and execution. As Executive Director of W2H, Tracy always has one goal in mind- provide services that drive meaningful results and that makes an impactful difference for their clients. Ms. McCullom and her team works very closely with their clients, determining strengths and opportunities, and providing solutions designed to achieve desired goals and objectives. Then they customize programming to meet both professional and personal development needs for participants using a team of experts in diverse fields.

Rodney Carr: Founder and Executive Director of the iCARRe Foundation and Co-owner of Minuteman Press, is a 1990 graduate of the Baltimore City College High School. Later Mr. Carr entered the United States Army in November of 1990. He served as a Specialist E-4 in the Army and the Gulf War. After being honorably discharged in 1993, he began to work in the telecommunications industry for 24 years. He also served as a baseball and basketball coach for more than 10 years. In 2014, Mr. Carr founded the iCARRe Foundation, with the goal of providing Mentoring in the Baltimore Metro Area. After witnessing a great need, iCARRe Foundation expanded, and in 2017 “Collaborative Healing” was launched to provide Behavioral Health and Transitional Housing components that include services to families. In 2019 Mr. Carr launched the “B.U.I.L.D Project” to provide Construction Training for ages 17-28. iCARRe Foundation opened its “Resource Center” and Healthy Food Store in the Fall of 2020. In 2020 Rodney Carr joined Kioba Bros (a group of 30 Black Men who develop homes for families in the Baltimore Metro area. He also is the co-founder of The Coffee Stage and North Ave Printing. Rodney Carr is a board member of both the Mathew Henson Neighborhood Association and the Community Development Corporation. He is also a very active and proud leader of Black Professional Men Community Initiatives and an ordained Deacon at New Kingdom Faith Christian Church.
