Welcome to Work2home!

Work2Home  is a Nonprofit Organization that aims to ensure that young adults 17-24 receive viable options after high school. 

The organization provides them with educational support, workforce development, occupational training, mental health and life skills to help them succeed.   

The youth has access to self-improvement that will provide an outlet to express pride and self-discovery. 

Our professional staff provides individualized, tailored and evidenced based program services across the entire developmental continuum for young adults. 

Vision: Create real opportunities for youth who have aged out of foster care, become homeless, experienced trauma or became emancipate. 

Mission:  Work2Home empowers youth with skills, knowledge and real life experiences to thrive in society where they can be totally self-sufficient.  

Goals:

• To develop programing that promotes workforce development, greatly increasing opportunities for gainful employment and independence.                            
• To create analytical and critical thinkers who will become community leaders.                                                      
• To establish a program that will increase self-esteem, encourage self promotion and inspire youth to become vehicles of change.
